The Technology Transfer Department is downstream of the integrated service chain the MBRC offers to companies. MBRC’s Technology Transfer Centre (CTT) is equipped with three pilot labs, each with a 155 m² (1669 ft²) surface area. All the pilot labs provide a wide range of services, such as a chemical cabinet, working area, central drain, purified water, vapour outlet, compressed air, propane gas, etc. A pilot lab allocated for the MBRC’s specific activities is equipped with state-of-the-art specialized equipment. This equipment can be rented to customer agencies based on their user requirements. This ultra-modern facility and the multidisciplinary expertise of the MBRC’s technico-scientific team members allow us to support the partner companies throughout the pilot scaling or semi-industrial procedure involving processes developed in the laboratory. This service controls, in R&D mode or in good laboratory or manufacturing practices (GLP and GMP), the development of the pre-commercial sample production for companies in the business development stage and potential partners.
